Cookies Files Policy

Consent for the installation of cookies by the website during each visit to the website could be burdensome. Pursuant to the amendment to the Telecommunications Law, the internet user may give his/her consent through appropriate settings of the web browser. From the moment of obtaining this information, the decision to use the website without changing the browser settings is treated as a conscious choice of the user.

The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookie files. Cookie files (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Website User's end device and are intended for using the Website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, their storage time on the end device and a unique number.
The entity that places cookie files on the Website User's end device and gains access to them is the operator of this Website.

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

• to adapt the contents of the Website to the User's preferences and to optimize the use of websites; in particular, these files allow to recognise the device of the Website User and properly display the website, adjusted to its individual needs;
• to create statistics that help to understand how the Website Users use the website, which allows improving the structure and contents thereof;
• to maintain the Website User's session (after logging in), owing to which the User does not have to re-enter the login and password oneach subpage of the Website.

The Website uses two basic types of cookies: session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). Persistent cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are deleted by the User.

The Website uses the following types of cookies:

• necessary cookies, enabling the use of services available on the Website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Website
• cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect abuses in the field of authentication on the Website
• performance cookies, enabling the collection of information on the use of the Website
• functional cookies, allowing remembering the settings selected by the User and personalizing the User's interface, e.g. in the scope of the selected language or region of the User's origin, font size, website appearance, etc.;
• advertising cookies, enabling Users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests.

n many cases, software used for browsing websites (web browser) allows cookies to be stored in the User's end device by default. Website Users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser's settings or inform them of each save in the device of the Website User. Information on how to change cookies settings in the most popular web browsers can be found further in this document. Detailed information about the possibilities and handling of cookies is available in the software (web browser) settings and in the help files available in the browser menu.

The Website Operator informs that restrictions on the use of cookies may affect some of the functionalities available on the Website.

Cookies placed on the Website User's end device may also be used by advertisers, partners and third parties (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Google, etc.) cooperating with the Website operator.

Mobile applications and cookies

As in the case of the website, the User of the Website Operator's mobile application is informed about the use of files similar to cookies in the web browser.
Such files are designed, among others to save information about the User's preferences as well as the application settings.
The message informing about the use of such files is displayed on the pages from which the Website Operator's applications can be legally downloaded, i.e. in stores of manufacturers of mobile operating systems.
The installation and use of the Website Operator's mobile applications downloaded from any source is treated as consent to the storage of files similar to cookies on the User's end device.
In the absence of consent to the above, you should stop using the application and remove it from the end device.

COOKIES - INSTRUCTIONS
Deleting, disabling storage, restoring the storage of cookies.
The method of changing cookies settings may differ depending on the web browser used by the user. Information on cookies can be found in the Help tab in each web browser.
Cookies in web browsers.
In the browser options, select the option corresponding to the privacy settings:

Google Chrome
Google Chrome's default settings allow cookies to be stored. To change the settings:

• click on the Google Chrome Settings menu and select the Settings option
• click on Show Advanced Settings at the bottom of the page
• select the Content Settings option in the Privacy options
• select the desired settings
• to enter special settings for a given website, click Manage exceptions and choose your own settings for sites
• to confirm the changes, click the Done button

Microsoft Internet Explorer

The default settings of Microsoft Internet Explorer allow the storage of cookies, but block files that may come from websites that do not apply the privacy policy. To change the settings:

• click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options
• select the Privacy tab
• use the slider to set the required level of settings (the highest blocks cookies completely, the lowest allows all cookies to be stored)

OR:

• click the Advanced button and select the required settings yourself;
• to enter special settings for a given website, click Sites and choose your own settings for sites;
• confirm the changes with the OK button

Mozilla Firefox
Mozilla Firefox's default settings allow cookies to be stored. To change the settings:

• click on the Tools menu (in other versions: click the Firefox button) and select Options
• then select the Privacy tab and select the required settings
• to enter special settings for a given website, click Exceptions and choose your own settings for sites
• confirm the changes with the OK button

Opera
Opera's default settings allow cookies to be stored. To change the settings:

• click Preferences, select Advanced option, and then Cookies
• select the desired settings, to enter special settings for a given website, go to the selected website, right-click on it, select Website Preferences and go to the Cookies tab and then enter the desired settings
• confirm the changes with the OK button

Safari
Safari's default settings allow cookies to be stored. To change the settings:

• in the Safari menu, choose Preferences
• click the Privacy icon
• select the desired settings
• to enter special settings for a given website, click Details and choose your own settings for the sites

Cookies in Adobe Flash Player
Adobe Flash Player software is used to enable the User to access multimedia data (mp3 podcasts,videos, other data), streaming (live streaming), programs such as e.g. internet games (which can be played in a web browser) as well as to deliver advertising to the User. Adobe Flash Player software also uses cookies. Cookies in web browsers of mobile devices
The description of the settings is available on the websites of the producers of the most popular mobile systems:

• iOS devices
• Android devices
• Windows Phone devices
• BlackBerry devices

Many different web browsers are available within mobile systems. Detailed information on cookie settings can be obtained in the settings in the menu of the browser used.
